2027 Full-Time Analyst Program: Australia

2028 Full-Time Analyst Program

Summer Internship Program
Our eight-week Summer Internship (from June to August) gives you a real taste of life at BlackRock. You’ll work with a team, join conversations with leaders and connect with mentors – all while building skills that shape your future.
Eligibility: Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between September 2027 and August 2028.
Student Placement Program – Shanghai
Join our six-month Student Placement Program and make an impact from day one. Over the course of six months, you’ll work 20 hours per week on a dedicated team in our Shanghai office, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to projects that matter. You’ll help us deliver for clients in a rapidly changing world while building skills that set the foundation for your future career.
Eligibility: Undergraduate or master’s students who can commit to a six-month part-time program in our Shanghai office. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and maintain student status throughout the program.
Apprenticeship Program – Singapore
Join our 12-month Apprenticeship Program and take the first step toward a career in finance. Over the course of a full year starting in September, you’ll work full-time on a team at BlackRock as part of the Polytechnic Talent for Finance Scheme – supported by the Financial Sector Development Fund in partnership with the International Business Federation (IBF) Singapore. You’ll gain real-world experience, receive ongoing training and mentorship, and develop the skills that matter most for your future.
Eligibility: Recent graduates from a local polytechnic – including those who have completed National Service after graduating – within the last two years

Assessment
Enter basic details and upload your resume/CV. You'll receive a link to complete a pre-interview assessment where you record answers to questions based on the program you applied to. For those applying to Software Engineering and Analytics & Modeling functions, this includes a coding challenge. Applications will not be considered if the pre-interview assessment is not completed.
Interviews
Participate in interviews with representatives of the function(s) of interest. These conversations will be focused on the BlackRock Principles, your experience or your capabilities and may include a group exercise, presentation or case study. For software engineers, this may include problem-solving exercises or technical questions.
