For software engineers, this includes a coding challenge. Applications will not be considered if the pre-interview assessment is not completed.

Participate in virtual interviews with representatives of the function(s) of interest. These conversations will be focused on the BlackRock Principles, your experience or your capabilities and may include a group exercise, presentation or case study. Asset managers differ from most other financial firms in that they act as agents managing other people’s money. Our purpose is to help more and more people experience financial well-being.

Asset managers recommend various products and vehicles of investment after doing due diligence and assessing the risk appetite of their clients.
