About this role
The Team
The Platform Project Management (PPM) team is part of the Platform Product office group that handles product and project management requests. We are looking for a Project Manager who can use their skills, enthusiasm, and passion to grow professionally in our team. The Project Manager will plan, prioritize, resource, execute, and finalize projects within the given deadlines and budget. They will also work with senior management and stakeholders to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, including planning, timelines, milestones, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies in partnership with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Scope & Objectives: Clearly define the project's scope, objectives, and expected outcomes, facilitating alignment with broader business objectives.
- Planning & Documentation: Formulate comprehensive project strategies and maintain thorough communication materials.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project team members and stakeholders, setting and managing expectations effectively.
- Resource Estimation: Accurately estimate the resources and personnel required to fulfill project objectives.
- Risk Management: Actively manage project scope changes, identify potential risks, and develop comprehensive contingency plans.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and enhance essential business relationships critical to the project's success.
- Change Management: Develop and implement an execution plan that aligns with established Change Management policies and procedures.
Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Smartsheet, Azure Dev Ops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and business needs.
- A collaborative mindset and experience in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail in documenting project processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.

Our hybrid work model
