Our mission within the Client Experience (CX) organization is to make it easier for clients to do business with BlackRock, making service so simple it becomes a source of alpha. We are organized across 4 key pillars:
Client Experience Delivery, client-facing teams orchestrating all aspects of service delivery, and onboarding teams bringing new business onto our platform,
2.Wealth, differentiated capability for both Whole Portfolio and Wealth clients & products, respectively,
3.Client Experience Operations, core client operations teams driving reporting, billing, and onboarding due diligence across the globe, and
4.Client Experience Transformation, accelerating progress towards our CX mission via research and driven insights, analytics, marketing, business and organisational change
Role Overview:
The Dynamics Solution Center sits within the CX Transformation pillar. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect. In this exciting role, you will craft the technical solutions according to customer requirements, build proofs of concept to play back designs to the business, provide the knowledge and recommendations for the development of the application as well as supporting ongoing stability and maintenance of the system. You will be supporting solutioning and partnering with MSFT to identify the best ways to use the platform to meet evolving business needs and leverage new Out of the Box MSD functionality. Additionally, you will collaborate across the Microsoft Dynamics team to review configuration, data migration, and integration and supervise releases and vital platform stability work, as well as support/design integrations with additional systems, partnering with other technology teams as needed.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery sessions with clients and the Dynamics team and translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions
Build high level solution designs and conceptual architectures supported with technical presentations
Build proof of concept working designs to illustrate a proposed solution
Collaborate with Product, Sales and Service users to craft and convey clear, impactful and engaging messages that tell a comprehensive story
Demonstrate, deepen and evolve your expertise with a focus on staying relevant on business trends, new technologies and competitor landscape
Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants, Technical Architects, clients, business teams and engineering teams including developers, testers and PMO to deliver a quality product and implementation
Advise on sophisticated MS Dynamics 365 business cases, suggesting creative workarounds
Lead and deliver through the lifecycle of Dynamics 365, estimating effort, resources and implementation timelines
Craft and integrate business processes and data flows
Partner with third parties to accelerate functionality development in MSD
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
10 years of experience working in Agile development environment
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform (Apps and Automate)
Experience balancing multiple environments, instances of MSD and deployments
Ability to convey technical solutions in business terms
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Stakeholder management
Copilot Studio
Financial Management experience
Experience of establishing and supporting a citizen development model and working with third parties on development
