Program Overview

The Full-Time Analyst Program is a two-year journey designed to help early-career professionals connect their passions and strengths to BlackRock’s purpose. The program begins with a comprehensive orientation, introducing Analysts to our business, culture, and strategic priorities.

After onboarding, Analysts join their respective teams and continue to grow through ongoing training, mentorship, and global collaboration. This program empowers Analysts to make meaningful contributions and shape the future of financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technology Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop innovative technology solutions.

  • Work on projects involving big data, digital product development, and platform engineering.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Aladdin and other proprietary systems that power BlackRock’s investment operations.

  • Participate in agile development cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Help drive innovation that enhances client outcomes and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

We seek individuals who are:

  • Recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - any discipline with a strong interest in technology).

  • Curious, analytical, and eager to solve complex problems.

  • Open to new ideas and willing to step outside their comfort zone.

  • Passionate about using technology to improve financial outcomes for people around the world.

  • Strong communicators and collaborative team players.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline with a strong interest in technology).

  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript

  • Fluency in English is required.

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
