Requirements:
At least 3 years hands-on experience developing complex enterprise software systems.
Strong programming skills in Java
Experience in Open-Source technology stack (Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit, etc.).
Great analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
BA/BS in Computer Science from an accredited university
Knowledge or interest in finance, quant models
Excellent investigative, problem-solving and communication skills
An ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions
Ability and willingness to learn fast, multi-task, self-motivate and pick up new things easily.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships.
Good to have:
Experience with frontend technologies and the Angular framework is a plus
Experience in C++, C#, Go, Python, Angular
Knowledge and experience developing and working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Sybase)
Experience developing using NoSQL and distributed storage technologies (e.g. Cassandra, HBase)
Understanding of Linux environments and scripting languages
Understanding ofOAuth 2.0
Experience with Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Experience with DevOps and tools like Azure DevOps

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
