Job Title: Associate, Private Data Operations

Location: 100 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, DE 19809

Job Duties: Provide onboarding support for the data capture of alternative products and investment types, which includes sourcing data from legal documents and third parties. Provide trading support and execution functions for private investments, including monitoring internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely execution. Work with external service providers, internal team members, and other BlackRock groups to transmit and receive private product and asset related data. Prepare process documentation and controls for the team’s core responsibilities and ensure they are updated and reviewed regularly. Support core platform integration project, including static data sourcing, validation, and pilot funds new environment test and set up. Create and implement new portfolio set up in new platform, including collaborating with internal stakeholders on requirements, consideration of core platform integration project impact, and documenting standard portfolio onboarding process. Build new platform auto generated onboarding template to replace manually filled template. Monitor Private data quality through workflow control and resolve new platform control report exception. Participate in group projects and initiatives to assist in building the new Private Data Operations Platform. Train new team members on daily responsibilities.

Qualifications: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above listed fields of study and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three years of experience involving the following: 1. Working with external service providers and team members to transmit and receive investment product and asset related data; 2. Providing trading support and execution functions for investments and monitoring teams to ensure accurate and timely execution; 3. Coordinating data inputs into systems and resolving operational issues; 4. Identifying data exceptions in operation platforms and databases; and 5. Preparing and processing documentation and controls for team and core responsibilities and ensuring they are updated and reviewed regularly.
