Job description
About this role
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Facilitator to help manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our development teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth delivery in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable applying agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) in a pragmatic, non-rigid way, adapting processes to fit the reality of a global team, varying time zones, and unpredictable demand.
This is a hands-on coordination role focused on tracking progress, clearing blockers, and enabling the team to deliver value efficiently, particularly within ServiceNow and related ITSM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Facilitation & Team Support
Facilitate daily coordination activities such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, and planning sessions, adjusting cadence and format to fit the team’s needs.
Support multiple streams of work, including BAU activities, enhancements, and larger project deliverables.
Promote agile principles without strictly enforcing one methodology.
Ticket Management & Prioritization
Oversee development tickets in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring items are well-documented, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
Track progress of active tickets, providing visibility to stakeholders on workload and capacity.
Work with engineering team to manage scope and shifting priorities.
Removing Blockers & Resolving Issues
Proactively identify and remove impediments to keep work moving forward.
Collaborate with developers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to resolve cross-team dependencies quickly.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Maintain clear, transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Create and manage dashboards in ADO or other tools to provide visibility on backlog, delivery status, and throughput.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend and implement improvements to team workflows and delivery practices.
Encourage a culture of collaboration and incremental improvement.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in delivery facilitation, agile coaching, or team coordination roles.
Strong understanding of agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches).
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development lifecycle, including ITSM processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads and shifting priorities.
Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
Summary
This role is ideal for someone who:
Understands agile at a practical level, not just theory.
Is comfortable balancing structure with flexibility.
Thrives in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
Wants to make a tangible impact by helping teams deliver efficiently, not just run ceremonies.

We remain focused on increasing the impactful moments that arise when we work together in person – aligned with our commitment to performance and innovation. As a new joiner, you can count on this hybrid model to accelerate your learning and onboarding experience here at BlackRock.
