About this role

We are atechnology and data driven teambuilding scalable, reliable solutions that support business workflows and platform integrations. The team works at the intersection of engineering, data, and operations, using modern development practices to solve complex problems and enable scale through technology.

This role requires strong UX/UI fundamentals, frontend technical skills, and an analytical mindset to translate user needs and data insights into impactful digital solutions.

Role Summary

As anAnalyst – UX/UI,you will design and build user centric digital experiences while ensuring they aremeasurable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The role blendsUX/UI design,frontend development, anddigital analytics, enabling continuous optimization through both qualitative and quantitative insights.

You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high quality user experiences supported by robust analytics.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and evolveuser centric UX/UI solutions, from discovery and wireframes to high fidelity designs and implementation support.

  • Be able toleverage AI toolsto improve user research, ideation, and design workflows. Candidates should be able to translate AI-driven insights into clear, user-centered design decisions.

  • Develop and maintainfrontend components and interfaces, contributing to scalable and maintainable web applications.

  • Translate user needs and business requirements intointuitive interaction flows and visual designs.

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensuredesign feasibility, consistency, and qualityduring implementation.

  • Implement and supportdigital analytics frameworks, ensuring accurate measurement of user behavior and performance.

  • Analyze user interaction data to uncoverinsights, trends, and optimization opportunities.

  • Build and maintaindashboards and visual reportsto support data driven decision making.

  • Collaborate in anAgile environment, contributing to sprint planning, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ yearsof experience in UX/UI design, frontend development, or a hybrid digital role.

  • Strong experience designingmodern, user centered interfacesfor web applications.

  • Candidates who proceed to in-person interviews will be required to perform a small UX design exercise, which they will then present to the team.

  • Handson experience withfrontend frameworks(e.g., Angular or similar component-based frameworks).

  • Solid experience withdigital analytics tools, particularlyAdobe Analytics, including interpretation of user behavior data.

  • Experience creatingdashboards and reportsusing data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI, Tableau).

  • Proficiency withdesign and prototyping tools(e.g., Figma or similar).

  • Strong understanding ofUX methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility best practices.

  • Experience working inAgile delivery environments.

  • Bilingual proficiency inEnglish and Spanish.

  • Experience in financial services or enterprise environments is a plus, but not required.

  • Quickly learning new concepts and moving decisively on what you've learned

Our hybrid work model
