About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to lead our EMEA Wealth Partnership Value Proposition strategy. The candidate will be responsible for building up the value proposition strategy and translate this into a commercial messaging we can bring to our key clients.


They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data that inform proposition development, ensuring that our value propositions remain relevant and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine partnership propositions that align with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of pitch materials, including presentations, proposals, and other collateral, ensuring they are of high quality and impact.
  • Train and guide the sales and partnership teams on the effective delivery of pitches and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our propositions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role and/or strategy role, preferably within a global organization.
  • Experience of working in a commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of creating impactful pitch materials.
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills and experience in building a strong (internal) network.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Our hybrid work model
