This role sits within BlackRock’s Latin America and Canada Marketing team and partners closely with regional marketing teams across both regions. The team is responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, and high-performing digital experiences across BlackRock’s public-facing web ecosystem. The group is proud of driving commercial impact through best-in-class web experiences, strong governance, and data-driven optimization. 

Role and Impact 

The Web Strategy Specialist – Latin America & Canada is responsible for driving the strategic activation, optimization, and governance of BlackRock’s 8 regional websites across Canada and Latin America. This role owns the end-to-end web experience—from planning and execution through measurement and continuous optimization—ensuring sites are compliant, performant, personalized, and aligned to business priorities and the PPF. The role plays a critical part in enabling engagement, demand generation, and client experience excellence across multiple markets. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own and execute the regional web strategy for Latin America & Canada, translating business and marketing priorities into scalable website activations. 

  • Lead website activations including campaign launches, content rollouts, page enhancements, and ongoing experience optimization. 

  • Act as a regional steward for web governance, ensuring compliance with global standards, policies, and best practices. 

  • Drive personalization and targeting initiatives using audience data, user behavior, and segmentation. 

  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve journeys, content effectiveness, and conversion performance. 

  • Own web analytics and performance measurement, translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations. 

Core Skills 

  • Strong web strategy and digital marketing expertise within multi-market, governance-driven environments. 

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, optimization, experimentation, and performance measurement. 

  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and business impact. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regional and global teams. 

  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and speed-to-market. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • 2+ years of experience in digital or related roles. 

  • Experience operating within complex, multi-region digital ecosystems. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across stakeholders and timelines. 

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus.
