About this role
Job Purpose / Background:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to join our Swiss Country Management team, reporting directly to the DACH COO. This high-impact role serves as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the Country Head of Switzerland and the DACH COO, leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives and support executive decision-making, ensuring alignment with the firms’ priorities.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Switzerland and internationally, working across diverse teams and functions. The role demands strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and a track record of execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Head and DACH COO, driving operational excellence and enabling high-impact, data-informed decision-making across the Swiss leadership team.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that align Swiss priorities with global business objectives, in close collaboration with the DACH COO.
- Develop executive-level materials—including briefings, presentations, talking points, and updates—for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Monitor and interpret key performance indicators and business metrics to generate actionable insights and support agile leadership decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver consistent and compelling messaging for speaking engagements and leadership communications.
- Prepare the Country Head for high-profile events, leadership forums, town halls and strategic meetings, ensuring readiness and alignment with broader business goals.
- Identify risks and opportunities across critical projects, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure stakeholder engagement and accountability.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Master’s degree (Economics / Business Administration), CFA is a plus
- Proven experience in asset management, financial services, strategy, or consulting, ideally within a global and matrixed organization.
- Autonomous and structured work style, with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a process-driven approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior leadership and key functional areas.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information and executive-level matters.
- Fluency in English and German required; additional languages are an advantage.
