Veterans Transition Program-Talent & Culture Operations Analyst

The Program offers participants the opportunity to work at the world’s largest asset manager for six months. On completion of the Program, successful participants will be offered permanent employment at BlackRock.

Over the course of the Program, participants will:

  • Join teams and have an immediate impact;
  • Immerse themselves in the work of their teams;
  • Gain an understanding of how BlackRock serves its clients;
  • Be supported through training and mentorship;
  • Get exposure to senior leaders;
  • Participate in social and networking opportunities.

Program Structure:

The program begins with an orientation where you’ll learn about BlackRock’s principles, mission, purpose, and culture. You’ll learn about the asset management industry and get an in-depth look at how BlackRock serves its clients.  Following orientation, you’ll join your team and gain insights into the day-to-day life of an Associate as you develop subject-matter expertise through on-the-job learning and our industry-leading technology, Aladdin.

Background:

HR Talent and Culture Operations Analyst will partner with professionals across multiple HR functions, employees and managers in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. This individual will support all operational processes across Talent and Culture activities including, but not limited to, creating reports, handling inquiries and providing transactional support to the Talent and Culture HR function. 

The role is aligned within the AMRS region with the global Talent and Culture Operations processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support cross-functional Talent and Culture initiatives that allow employees to achieve extraordinary careers.

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to internal clients, efficiently and effectively responding to learning related inquiries

  • Generate and analyze reporting todetermine learning assignments, monitor program success and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders 

  • Project manage various talent and culture programs, coordinate with global teams to align on operational processes that are scalable and streamlined

  • Maintain and enhance project trackers, dashboards and communication templates through the use of technology and relevant resources

  • Serve as a key liaison between Talent and Culture Operations and stakeholders across HR and throughout the firm. 

  • Manage end to end operational support for training programs, including course setup, testing, assignment and reporting in Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Keep all process documentation relevant and up to date

Knowledge/ Experience required:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Outlook)

  • Experience with virtual meeting spaces and webinar capabilities such as WebEx, and Teams

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (e.g.Crossknowledge, Workday) preferred

  • Passionate about processorganization development

  • Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexible solutions to changing demands: anticipating the local, regional, global impact

  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed and global environment 

  • Proven ability to build and sustain high performing partnerships, both locally and globally

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively reach out to and communicate with stakeholders and program participants via phone and e-mail.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required

Competencies Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in owning the details and driving execution against a set plan in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, raising issues, questions and status proactively

  • Acumen in accuracy and attention to detail

  • Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions to changing demands: anticipating the local, regional, global impact

  • Ability to build effective and trusted relationships across the HR fun

Where will I be based?

This role will be based in our Wilmington Delaware Office

Program Eligibility:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Active Uniformed service
  • <5 years of civilian work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree obtained pre- or post-military service
  • Open to all U.S. Veterans, regardless of rank or branch of service
  • Must be able to commence employment in October 2025

#EarlyCareers For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$61,750.00 - USD$82,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
