The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve trade confirmation, settlement, collateral, and post-trade lifecycle exceptions, partnering with counterparties, custodians, clearing brokers, and internal stakeholders to identify root causes and drive timely resolution of failed trades and disputes.

  • Manage relationships with counterparties, custodians, Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), and clearing brokers to support accurate and timely transaction processing.

  • Analyze operational data, identify trends and control gaps, and recommend process and system improvements that enhance transparency, efficiency, and risk management.

  • Support automation, standardization, and capacity-building initiatives while assessing the downstream impact of process changes across the post-trade lifecycle.

  • Maintain accurate procedures and process documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Track and report operational metrics to provide management with visibility into productivity, efficiency, and risk indicators.

Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience working within a global organization or complex operational environment preferred.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Flexibility to support varying work schedules as business needs require.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and SQL.
