About this role

As part of the APAC Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing data and insights solutions to monitor marketing performance and measure commercial success. Your role involves collaborating with various teams (marketing, digital, strategic comms, platform engineering) to develop and implement measurement framework, reporting tools and lead generation strategies for Japan. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, and project management to optimize marketing efforts and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Create, maintain, and optimize digital assets across owned media channels (e.g., email newsletters, webpages, LINE messages), utilizing front-end coding skills for digital content development and updates.
  • Collaborate flexibly with internal stakeholders (content owners) and relevant global teams on the design, execution, and management of email campaigns in Eloqua and web content in TeamSite.
  • Submit and review compliant marketing materials for external publication, ensuring adherence to risk classification, audience targeting, and regulatory standards through structured workflows and tools like RedOak and GLS
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance and development of marketing analytics dashboard, leveraging data visualization tool (preferably Adobe Analytics, Content square).
  • Conduct data analysis to derive market insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts. Support team in communicating findings and recommendations from digital tools (such as Meltwater and Conductor) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Global Digital to implement lead generation strategies tailored for key markets in the APAC region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with marketing analytics dashboards (Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing technology stacks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the APAC market and digital marketing trends is preferred.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interface directly with internal clients.
  • Experience leading the development and implementation of automated trigger campaigns (acquisition/nurture) and lead generation programs preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, dynamic environment. Self-motivated with ability to work under tight schedules and fast-learner.
