  • Collaboration:Work effectively across equity and fixed income product strategy teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Distribution, Sales, Research, Marketing, and Portfolio Management to drive initiatives and provide product expertise.
  • Client Engagement:Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue key asset-gathering opportunities. Represent the product segment in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Product Segment Strategy:Support the development and execution of strategies for Factors, Income, and Systematic Active Fixed Income ETFs, spanning product development, sales, marketing, communications, and analytics.
  • Investment Strategy:Create compelling investment strategy materials to support commercial narratives across ETFs for institutional and wealth clients. Proactively share market and investment insights with sales and marketing teams to advance the firm’s commercial priorities.

  • Professional Presence and Credibility:Maturity and confidence to represent the organization effectively, both internally and externally, with the ability to engage credibly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills:Strong technical and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to varied audiences.
