Team Description:

The Taiwan Wealth team is responsible for the strategy and distribution of BlackRock’s products, including offshore funds, onshore funds, managed accounts and others, via a broad set of distributing intermediaries to service retail end-clients. We are responsible for day-to-day relationship management with key banking / insurance partners to both sustain existing business and enable new growth.

The role:

We are seeking a Wealth team Sales (Analyst), to service diverse requests coming from our large client base, as well as support new business development activities.

The role would offer an opportunity to work with the clients across the broadest possible set of investment products. The firm will support the successful candidate with training on product knowledge, relationship management skills, processes & systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Taiwan Wealth senior sales relationship managers in responding client inquiries
• Support and help senior sales relationship managers to drive business development of Taiwan Wealth business with our banking distribution partners and insurance companies
• Build strong knowledge of BlackRock’s key offshore products and prepare sales and marketing / product materials for the Wealth business
• Develop excellent content crafting and presentation skillset to contribute market intelligence pieces ready for our clients
• Branch management & client activities with duty and ownership as a sales relationship manager for incumbents ready to grow their career in the BlackRock Taiwan Wealth team
• Liaise with client and relevant internal stakeholders on business initiatives delivery

Requirements:

• Must: SITCA licensing (Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professionals) is required
• 0~3 years banking / asset management industry working experience
• University graduate, preferably in a business or finance related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
• Detailed minded and well organized
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Independent, self-motivated and a strong team player
• Basic comprehension of toolset, i.e. Bloomberg, MorningStar
