Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in non-standard assets investment (specialized in customer finance, non-bank financial institution loan, etc.) and, support relevant WMP (Wealth Management Products) Series launch and investment management
• Deal with preliminary analysis, project initiation, project review and approval, asset ongoing monitoring, and exit of the projects to be invested, including material collection, writing, and internal process follow-up
• Keep a close eye on latest market information, policies/regulations and market dynamics, tracking industry trends, regulatory policies and products timely
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support the smooth execution of investment projects

Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting and economics or relevant majors from top university, CFA/CPA/FRM qualification will be a plus
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in China asset management industry, and work experience in non-standard assets and ABS investment, underwriting, financial or legal due diligence is required
• Familiar with non-standard assets/ABS various underlying assets format, relevant policies and regulations, understanding of asset management products and asset allocation logic preferred
• Strong execution ability, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and have the ability to drive comprehensive analysis

Our hybrid work model
