About the Role:

The role is responsible for IT infrastructure setup and management, including both BAU operation and project delivery. With strong knowledge and skillset of IT platforms including Desktop/Server/OS/System software, the role will be the expert on the ground to provide support for platform requirements following standard and best practice.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join the growing China onshore team to further support the business expansion and footprints in China!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking of infrastructure related hardware/software inventory
  • Day to day monitoring of technology infrastructure for any alerts;
  • Managing and supporting software and/or hardware issue on premise as well as resources on Cloud
  • Maintenance and lifecycle management for infrastructure hardware and software
  • Technology product setup and administration, such as:
    • Microsoft Active Directory & ADFS
    • Microsoft SharePoint and Workflow
    • Microsoft Exchange and secure mail gateway
    • Windows and Linux OS build and security enhancement
    • System security policy enforcement and deployment
    • SCCM and WSUS management
    • NetApp storage, VMWare VSAN and NetBackup infrastructure
  • Operating system patching and Security patching for infrastructures including but not limited to Server, VM, ESX, Storage, Infrastructure software, Middleware, etc. on premise and on cloud.
  • Management and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure for desktop patching and App deployments
  • Working with suppliers to solve hardware and software problems
  • Follow standard process such as Incident, Problem and Change to enhance service quality and optimize service level
  • Update and exercise of Disaster Recovery plan
  • Conduct regular system audit and assure infrastructures are in compliance
  • Support internal/external audit and regulatory facing communication
  • Support Enterprise Security including CCTV and physical access control

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT technical experience with broad knowledge of enterprise technology from desktop to data center.
  • Good technical skill on MS Windows Server 2012-2019 and system service such as DNS, AD, DHCP, WSUS, WDS+MDT, IIS, RDP, SCCM, SharePoint, etc.
  • In depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS and enterprise class virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESX and virtual storage, with experience on troubleshooting and upgrade
  • Knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN, NAS and Backup especially EMC, NetApp and Veritas NetBackup
  • Knowledge in best practices and project management (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skill. Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks.  Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work under a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment. Self-Starter and able to work independently
  • Good level of English is mandatory
