About this role
About this role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales leader to expand BlackRock’s Aladdin and eFront platform across Brazil and the broader Latin America region, with a focus on Asset Managers, Pension Funds, and Family Offices.
Based in São Paulo, you will be at the center of our regional growth strategy—responsible for owning and driving revenue, originating and closing complex enterprise deals, and building long-term strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
You will position Aladdin and eFront as core platforms supporting clients’ investment processes across public and private markets.
This is a unique opportunity to play a leadership role in one of BlackRock’s highest-priority growth areas globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Brazil and Latin America by originating, advancing, and closing strategic sales opportunities
- Build and manage a robust, high-quality sales pipeline, with full accountability from origination through execution
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives (CIO, CRO, COO, Heads of Investments and Operations)
- Lead complex enterprise sales processes, including solution design, commercial structuring, and negotiations
- Position Aladdin, eFront, and Preqin as integrated solutions across public and private markets workflows
- Tailor solutions to reflect client-specific investment processes, regulatory environments, and regional nuances, especially in Brazil
- Lead client engagements including executive presentations, RFPs, workshops, and platform demonstrations
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Implementation, Legal) to ensure successful deal alignment and execution
- Provide market insights to inform regional strategy and product development, including localization of solutions (“tropicalization”)
- Contribute to regional business planning, forecasting, and pipeline governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in financial technology, investment management, or capital markets
- Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level sales with institutional clients
- Experience covering Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors
- Strong understanding of investment workflows across public and/or private markets
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and investment leaders
- Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and deal structuring expertise
- Deep familiarity with Brazilian and broader Latin American markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build pipeline and drive territory strategy independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
- Bachelor’s degree required (CFA, CAIA, or CIPM preferred)
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish strongly preferred
