Job Title: Associate, HRSD ServiceNow Developer

Job Duties: Develop and modify HRSD (ServiceNow) workflows, catalogs, lists, business rules, UI components. Participate of the Technical Solution aspects of ServiceNow implementation specific to design, solution architecture, functional implementation, and evaluation of business needs. Research new feature enhancements and functionalities from ServiceNow. Develop configuration and customization including, but not limited to user interface, workflow administration, reports, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations by applying best practices. Maintain and enhance service portal customizations. Manage security roles, assignment groups and ACLs. Collaborate with team members to look for ways to continuously improve our enterprise platform related processes. Assess and manage annual platform release upgrade process.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field; and 36 months experience in HR technology. Requires 36 months of experience involving each of the following: 1. ServiceNow implementation hands-on experience for HRSD, including case management, service portal, event life cycle management, agent workspace, advanced work assignment, reporting, and performance or platform analytics. 2. Scripting experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Angular JS. 3. Experience configuring and updating HR profiles, HR COEs, HR Services, Service Catalog, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management (including knowledge workflows and approvals), HR Case assignment rules, HR advanced work assignment queues, creation of User/HR criteria, workflow and case notifications, Case SLAs and creating new flows. 4. Experience creating ACLs and business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalog client scripts, script includes and script actions. 5. Experience configuring employee service portal, taxonomy topics, customizing service portal widgets and creating portal pages. 6. Experience creating custom reports and dashboards using performance and platform Analytics 7. Experience with enabling and managing Al search within the platform. 8. Creating custom and scripted Rest APIs and 3rd party integrations 9. Experience managing at least one ServiceNow upgrade 10. Collecting and understanding business requirements from non-IT stakeholders and translating requirements to ServiceNow solution capabilities. 11. Experience assessing technical impact of new and custom solutions on platform performance and scalability.

Salary: $118,400
