About this role
This role will be managing the full scope of solution engineer related activities for eFront products in continental Europe. Working with the sales team, you will be conducting demonstrations of our software to potential clients. These demos are an integral component of the sales process and are critical to illustrate the functionalities and abilities of our software to our potential client. To produce effective demos, you will need to conduct research to determine the needs of the potential client and will be entrusted with highly confidential information. This is a rewarding role that can truly showcase your ambition and talent.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Gather requirements of potential clients and consider relevant product to meet their needs
Conduct client facing meetings, ranging from initial overview demosto detailed workshops and POCs
Prepare workshops & POCs based on data provided by clients
Explain the most complex of our products and investment coverage across multiple verticals with a strong understanding of the differences in verbiage and competitive landscape for each
Anticipate competitors’ strategy based on known strengths and weaknesses of competition
Act as an SME on RFI/RFPs
Maintenance of a comprehensive demonstration database
Detection of market specific requirements
Collaborating withACT team; contribute to best practice consolidation (READY), providing support in writing HLE documents, estimating required effort, transferring knowledge…
Suggesting product improvements to the R&D team
Supporting of the overall marketing effort and participation in marketing events
Required skills and experience:
Strong presentation skills and objection handling
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail
Ability to collaborate on the sales strategy
Excellent client relationship skills and a clear & friendly communication style
Ability to work independently
A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges and meet deadlines
Fluent in English
Experience with financial software (Alternative investments/ private equity is a plus)
Experience with financial software selling
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
