Job description

Our Client & Product Graduate Rotational programme offers a unique opportunity to gain experience at the heart of BlackRock’s ecosystem. You’ll work alongside relationship management and product development professionals who build and maintain client partnerships, support the distribution of our full platform, and help deliver exceptional service across our business.

Over the 2.5 years you’ll rotate across teams in Global Product Solutions and the Client Business, gaining hands-on experience and insight into how we innovate, market and deliver our investment solutions to clients across the world.

Global Product Solutions

Global Product Solutions encompasses all BlackRock’s product businesses, across asset classes and investment styles. The teams bring together insights on markets, portfolios, and clients to drive strategy and product innovation, and commercialize BlackRock’s entire investment platform.

Client Business

The Client Business teams are responsible for the strategy and distribution of our full range of products, from open-end and closed-end funds to private markets and managed accounts. The regional teams work with  financial institutions and across multiple client segments, including pension schemes, asset managers, banks, wealth managers, family offices and charities.

What are these functions known for?

Product strategy & innovation – Developing investments products, market and portfolio insights, and commercialization plans across all asset classes. With one of the broadest product platforms in the world, we help clients navigate markets and achieve their investment goals.

Client solutions – Building pitch decks and presentations, analyzing performance data and turning insights into impactful recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.

Relationship management – Serving clients including institutional investors (pension schemes, charities, insurance companies) and wealth clients (banks, family offices, digital platforms). Our teams focus on sales, coverage strategy and long-term partnerships.

What will you do as an Analyst?

As an Analyst on our Client & Product Graduate programme you will:

  • Collaborate with senior relationship managers to deliver BlackRock’s investment expertise and solutions to clients.
  • Support client meetings by managing data, creating presentations and capturing insights.
  • Coordinate sales efforts and drive execution as part of cross functional teams.
  • Participate in business and product initiatives, including competitor analysis and market research.
  • Gain exposure to real client challenges. Work on internal projects and collaborate across functions to achieve goals.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for intellectually curious, detail orientated individuals who are excited to learn and grow in a client and product focused environment. You should have:

  • A genuine interest in financial markets and the asset management industry.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A team first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

What will you learn?

By joining the Client & Product Graduate programme, you’ll gain the skills, insights and experience to build a strong foundation in the asset management industry. Your development will be hands-on, supported by mentorship, training and impactful work.

Your learning journey will include:

Market expertise – Learn directly from experienced professionals to build a deep understanding of the investment landscape and how client needs evolve over time.

Global perspective – Explore the trends shaping markets and how we translate these into tailored investment solutions for our clients around the world.

Product fluency – Become a go-to expert on BlackRock’s latest offerings, product innovations and client engagement initiatives.

Professional growth - Access to a range of learning opportunities, including technical training, soft skills workshops and support for professional development goals.

Please note: Unlike our Full-Time Analyst programme, which allows applicants to select one programme and up to two preferred teams, this rotational programme follows a different structure. Successful candidates will rotate across multiple teams within Global Product Solutions and the Client Business over the course of 2.5 years. This design provides a holistic understanding of the full client and product lifecycle, so team preferences are not required at the point of application.

Once you submit your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have up to five days to submit your pre-interview assessment; if you fail to do so, your application will be automatically withdrawn. If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application.

 ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree programme between June 2025 – July 2026. We welcome applications from candidates studying any degree subject.

Please note that local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations.

APPLICATION DEADLINES:24th October 2025

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

BlackRock is an Equal Opportunities Employer and is committed to hiring and treating all employees fairly.
