Job Duties: Set roadmap for the Campaigns product pillar, ensuring the roadmap is aligned to the priorities of multiple that use features owned by the pillar, making priority tradeoffs among competing opportunities and needs. Execute on the roadmap by defining requirements, developing product and technical designs, driving the SDLC to deliver high-quality software. Work closely with designers to develop UX and UI designs. Work closely with Product Marketing to articulate value propositions and create client-facing collateral, demo sites, and demo scripts for new features. Drive innovation in the product pillar, including by extracting insights from usage data and user feedback, connecting dots across different product needs and client asks, and tracking competitor capabilities. Help prepare for and participate in BD engagements to pitch to prospective clients and listening with a keen product ear to prospects reception of the product. Engage with live clients on product capabilities to support implementation and relationship management teams. Serve as an expert on features in Pillar, and provide live solutions in area of ownership in internal and external engagements. Ensure relevant service desk inquires are addressed efficiently and at high quality.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field, and Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Research Analyst, Business Analyst or related. Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field and 72 months of experience in job offered or as an Associate, Research Analyst, Business Analyst or related. Position requires the following: Four (4) years of experience in technical design and solutioning on an enterprise SaaS product; Two (2) years of experience in Agile environments including leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming; RESTful API’s; JIRA, ADO, and Aha; delivering internal and external presentations; One (1) year of experience in capital markets instruments experience including equities, fixed income and alternatives; market risk experience including volatility, tail risk, and tracking error; Figmo, Miro, and Airtable; and JavaScript.
