About this Role
The Technology Recruiter for Aladdin will oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts, partnering with business leaders to identify, engage, and recruit mid to senior level technical talent. Key responsibilities include candidate engagement, market mapping, and confidential project work. Building strong client relationships and providing strategic thought leadership are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment from approach to completion.
- Source candidates through various channels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Understand business recruiting needs and educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation.
- Conduct compensation discussions with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide market data to support client needs.
- Partner with stakeholders for recruiting strategy and senior hiring.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity.
- Handle high volume recruiting and provide exceptional client service.
- Consult with managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Monitor and enable best candidate interviewing processes using competency-based assessment methodologies.
- Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates’ skill sets, recruiting processes, strategies, and market conditions.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, and job description.
- Use effective communication approaches to keep stakeholders informed.
- Participate in the development of ongoing and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate actively with other Recruiters and Human Resources colleagues.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to identify internal talent.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within Fintech areas.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple searches.
- Expert networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with direct sourcing and selling opportunities to candidates.
- Effective interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Innovative, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of compensation packages and negotiation skills.
- Strong executive presence and quick thinking.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting.
- Understanding of Technology, Asset Management and FinTech business and market.
- Agency or executive search experience preferred.
