BlackRock’s Talent and Culture team is the heartbeat of our organization – the people. Our team is dedicated to shaping an inclusive, high-performing, and purpose-driven workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. We collaborate across HR and the business to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a One BlackRock culture that reflects our values and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and own the execution of strategic inclusion initiatives, including being responsible for running the design to delivery approach for inclusion projects (e.g. integrating new joiners and helping employees navigate our talent practices more effectively)
  • Responsible for our inclusion messaging used to respond to client inquiries and a broad range of regulatory reporting
  • Own and evolve the content review process for internal and external communications related to our inclusion efforts (e.g. network communications, events, social media, and client requests) by working with partners in Legal, Communications, and HR
  • Support our critical Talent and Culture governance models by drafting agendas, communications and relevant meeting materials to ensure alignment and execution of our key projects and initiatives for senior business leaders
  • Support and promote Employee Network efforts by helping to lead inclusion efforts to unlock the potential of our networks (e.g. helping to cascade messaging through an evolved digital experience or serving as a network advisor)
  • Manage the team’s external partnerships and relationships

Skills required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Talent and Culture related work, consulting, or similar roles in a global firm, working in a high-paced environment, including experience with organizational change and/or culture initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a high attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for an executive audience
  • Proven expertise in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to synthesize data into compelling stories for senior leadership
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organization, to manage cross functional projects and forums, and to prioritize work effectively
  • A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to share new ideas and help create inclusive solutions
  • Motivation to contribute to an organizational culture built upon trust, integrity, inclusion and respect
