About the Aladdin Wealth Tech Product Marketing Team
You will be part of the Aladdin Wealth Product Marketingteam, which is responsible for designing and executing the go to market strategy for Aladdin's wealth management solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and marketing teams to understand the needs of the target market, communicate the value proposition of Aladdin Wealth, and drive adoption and retention among clients.
As a go to market strategist, you will:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize market segments, buyer personas, and use cases for Aladdin Wealth
- Develop and execute go to market plans for new and existing products and features, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and distribution strategies
- Create and deliver compelling content and collateral for different stages of the buyer journey, such as pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and newsletters
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support generation of leads, nurturing of prospects, and closing deals
- Track and measure the impact of go to market activities on key metrics, such as revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Provide feedback and insights to product and engineering teams to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Design and implement user adoption strategies, such as onboarding, training, support, and advocacy programs
- Analyze user behavior and feedback data to identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute user engagement campaigns and initiatives
- Plan and coordinate product launches, including setting launch goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate product updates and benefits to internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, clients and partners
- Scale the product marketing processes using Gen AI
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with a highly technical product, including ability to get into the weeds on technical product features and representation of technical solutions for clients
- Ability and passion for empathizing deeply with users and acting on their behalf
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the wealth management industry or working with wealth management clients is a plus
- Prior experience in a go-to-market strategy, solution consulting, business development, customer success or product management role or some combination thereof is a plus
