About this role: 

The Aladdin Business is growing rapidly, with the volume and complexity of new client deals and strategic partnerships growing each year. We are at the next phase of our growth and are evolving into a platform focused business with multiple new product launches and external partnerships. Successful candidates will join in our efforts to help sophisticated investors onboard the world’s leading end-to-end operating system for investment portfolios to see their whole portfolio, understand risk exposures, and act with precision.

Your team:

The Aladdin Client Transformationis responsible for the installation and deployment of Aladdin and related products and services, globally. Aladdin transformations are high profile initiatives that require team members to have senior level exposure and play an active role in redefinition of investment organizations. A typicaltransformation project is at least as much about processes and implementing change as it is about investments & technology. We help clients achieve ambitious strategic objectives, which range from streamlining investment operations to integrating teams, to unifying their investment analytics & risk reporting framework, to modernizing their overall investment process. Aladdin’stransformation model is unique in the sense that we take full responsibility for the Client going live on our solution. It also means that we develop true partnerships with our clients at the most senior levels, which continue to grow post go live.

Your responsibilities:

  • Understand client objectives and goals and deliver solutions using Aladdin capabilities.

  • Engage with key client leaders to redesign and deploy strategic business workflows across the investment cycle.

  • Collaborate with the client's senior management team and provide leadership throughout the Aladdin implementation.

  • Lead and document workflow design sessions for various asset classes, and assist in Aladdin configuration, testing, and user training.

  • Participate in Aladdin business development activities and manage client communications regarding product changes and configurations.

  • Actively manage internal project plans, scope, resourcing, budgets, risks, issues, actions, and decisions using standard tools supported by partner teams.

  • Ensure client-side project delivery risk is managed, and client activities are completed to meet baseline milestones in the joint Aladdin/Client project plan.

  • Plan and coordinate all project activities to adhere to the critical path, ensuring successful delivery of Aladdin products on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

  • Manage project change control, risks, issues, daily/weekly reporting, project resource tracking, and budget/finance tracking, while chairing project working groups and attending Steering Committees.

Your qualifications/experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Business proficiency in English, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with logical, structured thought processes and good problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders, with sensitivity to cultural differences and time zones.

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager and recognized Project Management Certification (PMP/PRINCE2) advantageous.

  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, with excellent project delivery methodology knowledge and practical application.

  • Excellent risk, issue, action, decision, and assumption management, along with budgeting, forecasting, maintenance, reporting, and management skills.

  • Desirable: Understanding of the Asset Management industry, experience with PMS/OMS, trading platforms, market data, and programming skills (SQL, Python, VBA).

Our hybrid work model
