Overview
Digital Marketer (in Aladdin Product Marketing team) will be responsible for overseeing drive campaign execution using Eloqua and Adobe Target. The role involves translating campaign requests into effective journeys, managing audience segmentation, and personalizing content delivery. Strong skills in Power BI are essential to slice and visualize campaign data, enabling actionable insights. This role bridges marketing automation with performance analysis to support product growth. Key Responsibilities
The role demands a blend of marketing operations expertise, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize client engagement and campaign performance.
Campaign Management:
Become the in-house expert on Eloqua and Adobe Target capabilities to deliver high-impact, personalized campaigns.
Understand the end-to-end campaign request process and framework, ensuring all campaigns align with defined standards and optimization guidelines.
Monitor and triage campaign requests from the PMM team, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
Lead execution of high-priority initiatives, including Copilot adoption and re-engagement campaigns and the Copilot webinar series.
PowerBI and Data Visualization:
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and KPIs across channels.
Slice and visualize data to uncover trends, segment performance, and drive data-backed campaign decisions.
Collaborate with data teams to enhance data availability and reporting accuracy across Eloqua and Adobe Target.
User Support and Training:
Create and maintain playbooks and how-to guides for Eloqua and Adobe Target to drive marketer enablement and self service
Provide support and training to marketing teams on campaign execution workflows, data use, and platform features.
Act as the first point of contact for campaign setup queries and template usage.
Collaboration and Communication:
Establish a regular cadence of touchpoints with the PMM team to stay aligned on business objectives, uncover gaps, and recommend improvements.
Provide ongoing support and coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution across geographies.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimentation, and best practice adoption.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly audit and refine campaign processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Stay updated on Eloqua, Adobe Target, and Power BI feature enhancements and industry trends.
Recommend and implement multichannel strategies to enhance targeting and improve customer journeys.
Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, Web Development, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, ideally within a product marketing setup.
Hands-on expertise in Adobe Target and/or Eloqua is required
Strong understanding of campaign frameworks, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Proficiency in building interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with Adobe Analytics or other similar analytics platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of content quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritie
