About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement specific offshore marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives, focusing in scaled distribution, products and serving clients
    • Provide data and analytics on marketing performance
  • Campaigns & Digital:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel and multi-region marketing campaigns. Strong digital marketing, content, local events and traditional channels.
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, digital hub, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing activities and communication channels.
    • Collaborate with design teams to create client and end-client appealing marketing materials.
  • Being on the ground:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Together with the business team, identify opportunities to enhance client loyalty and business through marketing tactics.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to optimize impact, while mitigating risks..).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data collection and reporting for marketing campaigns is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • A high level of interest in Investments and Capital Markets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Preferably fluid in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Experience in AI utilization
For MI4 - Miami - 701 Brickell Ave, Suite 1250 Only the salary range for this position is USD$71,250.00 - USD$90,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
