Bilingual Receptionist - Mexico City
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Mexico City office. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Manage visitor registration process, issue badges, and notify appropriate personnel of arrivals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Communication Management Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in both Spanish and English. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate parties. Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
Administrative Support Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are properly prepared. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Support various administrative tasks as assigned by office management.
Facility Coordination Monitor access control systems and maintain security protocols. Coordinate with building management and vendors regarding facility needs. Assist with office events, meetings, and special projects as required.
Qualifications
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Experience in corporate or professional services environment
Familiarity with visitor management systems
Knowledge of commercial real estate industry

Work Environment
Full-time position based in Mexico City office. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required for special events or meetings.
