This role sits within BlackRock’s Latin America and Canada Marketing team and supports the Client Hubs ecosystem across both regions. The team partners with marketing, sales, product, and technology teams to ensure client hub experiences are accurate, compliant, scalable, and aligned to regional and global business priorities.
Role and Impact
The Digital Client Experience Specialist plays a critical role in enabling commercial growth by delivering coordinated client experiences across digital hubs and email. The role focuses on activating client ready experiences aligned to key client segments and product priorities, supporting sales and marketing teams in engaging clients with relevant, timely content. By operationalizing execution across channels and markets, this role helps ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions that drive meaningful engagement and support business outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with sales teams to support pipeline progression and opportunity activation, delivering coordinated client experiences across digital hubs and email aligned to key client segments and product priorities.
Manage day-to-day hub and email activations that support lead generation, demand generation, and active opportunities, ensuring client ready delivery across markets.
Ensure execution adheres to governance standards, templates, and operating models, while continuously improving speed, consistency, and experience quality.
Track performance and usage metrics, partnering with analytics teams to inform continuous optimization.
Core Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, web content management, and client experience delivery.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and timelines.
Comfort working within governance-heavy, regulated environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web operations, or client experience roles.
Experience supporting content-driven or personalized digital platforms.
Familiarity with analytics, testing, or optimization practices preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
