We are seeking a motivated Analyst/Associate to join our Mexico-based team supporting both the Control and Oversight function and the Client Order Management (COM) team within Global Investment Operations. This dual-role position offers exposure to critical operational processes and risk management practices, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Control & Oversight

  • Support daily and periodic control activities across operational processes.

  • Monitor and bring up exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

  • Assist in the implementation and testing of control enhancements and automation initiatives.

  • Contribute to risk assessments, audit responses, and regulatory reporting.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and transparency in oversight practices.

Client Order Management

  • Facilitate client trade instructions and ensure accurate execution via Aladdin Transfer Agent.

  • Verify and confirm distributor investment instructions under strict deadlines.

  • Aggregate and circulate summary data to internal team members involved in the investment process.

  • Maintain high standards of client service and operational excellence.

  • Partner with Portfolio Management, Relationship Managers, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and other operational teams.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in special projects including system testing, automation efforts, and client research.

  • Develop subject matter expertise in COM and Control & Oversight processes.

  • Foster strong internal and external relationships with a focus on collaboration and service.

  • Operate in an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere with flexibility between 7:15 AM and 7:15 PM EST.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years of investment or operations experience preferred; internship experience also considered.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral) is required.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in learning new technologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
