Aladdin® provides asset managers, asset owners and asset servicers sophisticated risk analytics with comprehensive portfolio management, trading, and operations tools on a single platform to power informed decision-making, effective risk management, efficient trading, and operational scale across public markets.

Role Description

The Aladdin Client Experience team is seeking an initiative-taking professional to support our clients using our Aladdin front office tools (public markets). This client facing role focuses on Australian clients. If you are interested in building a career in FinTech and in improving clients’ public market investment processes, while collaborating with sophisticated clients in a fast-paced environment, this role might be for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service, connecting multiple partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.

  • Build strong relationships with clients’ teams.

  • Work with support team representatives to analyze service patterns and themes and support them in solving issues.

  • Oversee ongoing client engagement through regular meetings to review service metrics, prioritize projects and align long term strategy.

  • Improve aspects of service by identifying root causes of systemic issues and solving them at scale.

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side firm with a proficiency across portfolio strategies and portfolio management processes.

  • A working understanding of equity, fixed income, alternatives, and derivative markets and analytics with experience in advising clients and/or adapting technology solutions for portfolio strategies, portfolio optimization and risk assessment.

  • A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems.

  • Ability to run multiple priorities.

  • Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, conveying complex concepts simply and clearly to clients.

  • Business fluent in English.

You may have:

  • Direct portfolio / risk management, trading, compliance, or operations analyst experience

  • Proficiency in working with large sets of data.

  • A solid understanding of SQL, UNIX, VBA, R, Python, PERL or similar tools, and/or Aladdin
