About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of strategic marketing projects across EMEA markets, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and deadlines.

  • Support the roll-out and implementation of cross-regional marketing initiatives, working closely with country teams and central marketing functions to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, standardize workflows, and scale best practices across markets to enhance efficiency and impact of local marketing execution.

  • Serve as the central liaison between the EMEA Head of Country Marketing, country teams, and central stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, timely updates, and alignment on project objectives.

  • Monitor and manage resource allocation and budgets for strategic initiatives, ensuring effective use of marketing resources to drive maximum ROI and long-term value.

  • Establish project KPIs and success metrics, track progress, and produce regular reports to measure performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives by developing playbooks, facilitating trainings, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in across all levels of the EMEA marketing function.

  • Help shaping priorities, prepare leadership updates, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic focus and alignment across the function.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • A degree in business studies, economics, or marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in strategy consulting or a related business management role. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the financial services industry and/or marketing.
  • Profound strategic thinking ability and experience in developing presentations for senior management.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, lead key initiatives, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
