Vice President, Technology Product Manager

Your team

You will join the Aladdin Private Markets Technology organization and lead the evolution of Dealflow within the broader front-office platform. The team works across engineering, design, data, artificial intelligence (AI), commercial, and client functions to build connected technology for private-markets investors. Dealflow will become a core part of a unified experience spanning deal sourcing, underwriting, portfolio construction, asset monitoring, portfolio intelligence, and investment decision support.

Your role and impact

You will define and deliver the next generation of Dealflow capabilities, leading the ground-up rebuild of the deal-management platform. You will shape how private-markets investors discover opportunities, evaluate investments, collaborate across teams, and manage portfolios throughout the investment lifecycle. The rebuilt experience will combine AI, integrated data, and modern workflows to improve investor productivity and support informed investment decisions.

In the first 12 to 24 months, you will establish the strategic vision and roadmap for the Dealflow rebuild, deliver the foundation of a modern workflow-driven experience, integrate Dealflow into the broader front-office platform, and launch AI-powered capabilities that improve investor productivity. Success will be measured through user adoption, engagement, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Dealflow, establishing a unified vision across sourcing, underwriting, research, portfolio construction, and post-investment workflows while aligning investment priorities with senior leadership.
• Engage with private-markets investors to understand their workflows, conduct market and competitive analysis, shape perspectives on front-office technology, and translate client feedback into scalable product capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and adoption, defining requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and minimum viable products while partnering with engineering and design to apply experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Embed AI capabilities across investment workflows, including opportunity prioritization, data ingestion, research, due diligence, summarization, workflow orchestration, and proactive insights, ensuring solutions use trusted data and deliver measurable client value.
• Collaborate across Asset Monitoring, Insight, Invest, Preqin, Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC), and related platform teams to define common data models, workflows, and user experiences, balancing near-term delivery with long-term architecture and scalability.

Your experience

Required capabilities

• Demonstrated experience building enterprise software products and leading complex, multi-year product initiatives.
• Deep understanding of private-markets investment workflows, including deal sourcing, diligence, underwriting, portfolio management, or asset monitoring.
• Experience partnering with engineering, user experience, and senior stakeholders and translating client needs into scalable product solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities, with effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred capabilities

• Experience with private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, or other alternative investments.
• Experience building workflow-centric software-as-a-service or investment-management platforms, with familiarity in AI, workflow automation, and data platforms.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and knowledge of Aladdin, eFront, Preqin, or related investment-technology platforms.
