The EMEA Brand, Campaigns & Research marketing team drives regional business priorities through integrated campaigns that build brand leadership, deepen category understanding and increase product awareness across BlackRock and iShares.
Role and Impact:
The role within the EMEA Brand, Campaigns & Research team is central to delivering regional marketing campaigns across BlackRock active, private markets and iShares ETFs. The individual will be responsible for specific content deliverables, including video series, digital advertising (banners), web content and LinkedIn social posts.
This position is suited to a candidate who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage multiple workstreams, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across product marketing, distribution, digital and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Own the day‑to‑day delivery of defined content workstreams, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
Contribute to content planning and marketing asset creation by supporting messaging development and executional approach, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate activity across paid media, social (LinkedIn), search, web and partnership channels, working closely with internal teams and agencies
Act as a key point of contact for campaign‑related queries from internal stakeholders
Monitor and analyse content performance, preparing clear updates and insights to support optimization and reporting
Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Support broader EMEA marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working
Core Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, and web
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Collaborative working style with confidence engaging cross‑functional partners
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to evaluate marketing effectiveness
Demonstrated use of AI tools with fluency and agility, showing adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to learn in evolving environments
Embodies an AI-ready mindset through curiosity, eagerness and being an early adopter
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing; experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry is preferred but not essential
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns within financial services or a related industry
Exposure to active investments, private markets or ETF marketing is beneficial
Experience operating in a matrixed, fast‑paced organisation
Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience
