By joining us, you will be part of the EMEA Marketing team, a central team responsible for creating paid and owned client experiences that raise awareness, increase consideration and preference for the BlackRock and iShares brands to both professional (B2B) and end investors (B2C).
We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Executive, at the Associate corporate title, to support across EMEA marketing campaigns. The role will partner closely with the Marketing Campaign Managers and the Media team to produce and scale advertising, video and social content across the region. The will role report into the Professional Campaigns Marketing lead. The primary focus of the role is coordinating the production and scaling of a series of videos which align with the commercial priorities of the EMEA business. Campaign content primarily targets professional investors, with some targeted content to end investors.
The role requires a solid understanding of effective marketing messaging, translations and content production processes, including content review/approval processes. A passion for creativity and innovation is essential for excelling in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead video content production and coordination for the Campaigns team, providing oversight and management across all video production projects.
- Manage prioritization pipeline with the internal video team and external agencies, shifting priorities aligned with business goals.
- Project manage video production with agencies and internal video team through owning the project and timing plan for all video projects; managing stakeholders in producing scripts and coordinating compliance reviews.
- Direct video production on set with agencies and internal teams, providing creative instruction on sets, filming angles and considerations for post-production.
- Coordinate post-production feedback and editing, providing an initial review and feedback, before seeking team and stakeholder feedback.
- Deliver final assets to campaign managers and against media plan and internal screens.
- Lead the pipeline of video content for internal screens, aligning to local priorities and stakeholder requests.
- Social, advertising and paid search:
- Support campaign managers in creating social media (LinkedIn) static assets, carousels and GIFs aligned with campaigns. Transcreate master assets across core EMEA markets.
- Support campaign managers across paid search, devising effective advertising messages and identifying keywords.
- Partner with campaign managers and the media team on updating professional advertising assets on an annual basis and as needed where new priorities emerge.
- General:
- Support broadly across campaigns as an adaptable team-member, with a can-do attitude.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and familiarity with factoring compliance workflows into content creation.
- Become a trusted partner to internal teams and external agencies by building strong relationships EMEA marketing, specifically with Product Marketing and local marketing managers, Global Creative and video teams. Build relationships with external agencies (translation houses, media and creative agencies).
Knowledge/Experience:
- 3 + years marketing experience, ideally working across multiple markets and the required channels (social (LinkedIn), video, paid search and digital advertising)
- Experience within the financial industry
- Ability to work independently and effectively to deliver through-the-funnel campaign content
- Experience writing marketing materials with excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, drive forward key initiatives and manage workflow on simultaneous projects
