About this role

This role sits within Preqin, a part of BlackRock. Preqin plays a key role in how we are revolutionising private markets data and technology for clients globallycomplementing our existing Aladdin technology platform to deliver investment solutions for the whole portfolio.

Preqin Client Experience, part of the Preqin Client Success organization within the Aladdin Client Business, is dedicated to maximizing product value and delivering a high-quality client experience. Our teams serve as consultative domain experts who shape client workflows and drive adoption ofPreqin’ssolutions across their organizations.

We partner closely with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and the broader Aladdin ecosystem to deliver a cohesive,high qualityclient experience that reflects BlackRock’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and client centricity.


TheAssociate,Preqin Client Experienceplays a critical role in shaping how clients leveragePreqin’sdata, insights, and products. This is aconsultative expertposition—responsible for advising clients on private markets datasets, supporting workflow optimization, and expandingPreqin’sfootprint within their organizations.

You will build strongcross functionalrelationships, translate data and productexpertiseinto actionable guidance, and proactivelyidentifyopportunities to enhance the client experience.

In this role you will:  

  • Build deep, consultative partnershipswith client subject matter experts, superusers, and key stakeholders—serving as aprivatemarketsdata expert who shapes workflows, drivesbestpracticeadoption, and elevatesPreqin’sstrategic value across their organization.
  • Partner with the Preqin Client Engagement teamtodeliver a seamless, coordinated client experience across onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Develop a sharp understanding of clientobjectivesand alignPreqin’scapabilities to support those business priorities.
  • MasterPreqin’sdata and its applicationacrossclient workflows and analytics, whiledeepeningexpertiseineFrontand Aladdinto support integrated private market solutions.
  • Identifyupsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Client Engagement and Sales teams to grow account value. 
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineeringto resolve issues, escalate concerns, and bring the client voice into roadmap planning.
  • Strengthen alignment across the Aladdin Client Businessto ensure clients experience a cohesive,highqualitysupport modelpostacquisition.
  • Contribute to initiatives that reduce operational friction, streamline internal processes, and uplift the overall client experience.

You are a goodfit ifyou: 

  • Bring3+ years of experiencein Client Success, Client Experience, or other client facing roles within finance, SaaS,techor related industries.
  • Demonstrate the ability tobe a team playerandtake initiativeassistingpeers
  • Possess asolutions-oriented mindset, viewing product and client journey friction points as opportunities for improvement.
  • Excel atbuilding strong relationships, both internally and externally, with a collaborative and transparent approach.
  • Promoteopen, honest communicationand encourage cross-functional alignment.
  • Thrive inentrepreneurial environments, showing resilience and agility in navigating ambiguity.
  • Havefull professionalproficiencyinFrench.AdditionalproficiencyinGerman is a plus. 
  • Are based inLondonorParis.

Our hybrid work model
