About this role
Aladdin Value Engineering (AVE) is the in-house consulting team of the Aladdin Client Business. We partner with strategically important prospective and existing clients to assess the value creation potential of transformations enabled by Aladdin technology. Our work is delivered through short, dynamic engagements that define a joint, high-level target operating model vision and build a business case for change.
This role is highly collaborative and involves close partnership with colleagues across the global Aladdin organization, including Business Development, Solutions Engineering (Pre-Sales), and Client Engagement.
Joining AVE means becoming part of a small, high-impact team that plays a critical role in enabling ambitious global sales targets by engaging in some of the most strategic opportunities within the Aladdin Client Business.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of AVE projects – including business case assessments, operating model reviews and benchmarking analyses – by contributing to project planning, analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesizing client information, data sets, and market insights into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Develop high‑quality client deliverables, including executive‑ready presentation materials, analytical exhibits, and Excel‑based models, with strong attention to detail
- Participate in client meetings and internal check‑ins, helping prepare agendas, materials, and summaries that ensure alignment across the broader Aladdin Client Business
- Contribute to sales processes by distilling complex information into concise narratives, building structured storylines, and clearly articulating the Aladdin value proposition in materials and pitch support
- Support the development of AVE methodologies and frameworks, contributing to innovation initiatives such as new analytical approaches, conceptual slides, or intellectual capital
- •Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment, managing multiple priorities, collaborating across global teams, and incorporating feedback constructively
Skills & qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or enterprise technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative or business-related discipline
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and client stakeholders
- Strong presentation and story lining skills, including the ability to build executive-ready slides and articulate complex concepts clearly
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data sets into insights and actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL
- Strong interest in financial technology, asset management and financial markets more broadly
- High level of professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn proprietary tools and methodologies

Our hybrid work model
