Overview

BlackRock Aladdin Data is entrusted with maintaining all data integral to the investment decision process for BlackRock the house and our proprietary Aladdin® end-to-end investment platform. Aladdin Data closely partners with its partners, such as Portfolio Management, Global Capital Markets, Relationship Management, Portfolio Compliance, Risk Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, and others, to ensure their business data needs are met accurately, timely, and efficiently.

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join the BLK Client Experience (BCX) team within Aladdin Data. This team will act as a subject matter expert in risk and analytics and be a point of contact with our internal partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for our internal clients to provide subject matter expertise related to risk, returns and attribution analytics
• Conduct regular touch point meetings with internal clients and maintain positive client sentiment
• Lead complex analytical projects to completion while providing updates to senior internal and external partners
• Work with internal partners to drive GP optimization efforts
• Work with Aladdin Data Partners to build supported solutions for custom processes
• Run client partner meetings to present overall Green Package Health, thematic issue analysis and Aladdin Data service metrics

Knowledge/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics or related field is desired.
• 3+ years of proven experience in financial services with knowledge of markets, technology, operations, or business management functions.
• Outstanding communication and the ability to present complex concepts simply and clearly to varying audiences.
• Knowledge of financial products in Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives, and familiarity with Risk analytics such as Durations, Spreads, Beta and VaR is a plus!
• Must have past demonstration of strong project management and leadership skills to deliver large complex projects.
• Knowledge in SQL, Linux, Unix
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills and desired ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level attention to detail

Our hybrid work model
