The APAC COO team is dedicated to ensuring that both regional and country platforms operate commercially, smoothly, and efficiently. As partners with the Head of Asia Pacific and senior business leaders, we unlock opportunities to accelerate growth, drive innovation, and lead change. The team conducts detailed resourcing and financial analysis. We translate findings into actionable insights and proactively mitigate risks. We maintain a strong operational focus and advance our talent and culture agenda.
We are growing our presence in India to strengthen partnerships with regional partners, coordinate programs, ensure compliance with local and regional regulations, and deliver technology-enabled optimization. The Data and Platform Associate is responsible for supporting APAC Client Business platforms (such as MS Dynamics and Seismic) and delivering data insights across the APAC region. The role plays a key role in driving platform adoption, maintaining data integrity, and driving platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver platform training for the APAC Client Business
Administer platform permissions and access management
Monitor and enforce data hygiene standards, including facilitating data clean-ups and data uploads where necessary
Project manage platform enhancements in partnership with the global Client Platform team
Develop and deliver management insights and reporting on platform usage, activity and data hygiene to empower sales and service teams across APAC
Build and maintain dashboards to support business decision-making
Knowledge / Skills
4-8 years’ experience in data analysis, platform administration, or business intelligence (financial services preferred)
Experience with CRM or client platform tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Seismic) is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Proficiency in dashboard and reporting tools; familiarity with automation tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
