Data Migration, Reconciliation & Reporting Readiness

  • Own data migration strategy and execution, including source identification, sequencing, and validation.

  • Lead reconciliation and reporting readiness to ensure books, records, and client outputs are complete and accurate.

  • Analyze reporting requirements for clients and define and deliver outcomes to our clients.

  • Resolve complex data and reporting issues across upstream and downstream systems.

Testing, Go-Live & Stabilization

  • Own UAT planning and execution from a business and operational perspective.

  • Define readiness criteria, manage defect resolution, and lead business sign-off.

  • Lead go-live decisioning and early production stabilization, ensuring controlled transition to BAU.

Stakeholder & Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary execution contact for clients during implementation.

  • Partner with Fund Accounting, Treasury, Product, and Technology to manage delivery risk.

  • Provide clear, executive-level communication on progress, risks, and decisions.

Key Requirements for this Role:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting, audit, or implementations/onboardings or as a consultant implementing private equity systems; previous project or program management experience preferred

  • A track record in driving high levels of engagement and performance across multidisciplinary teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills and an ability to communicate flexibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple geographies

  • Previous ownership of end-to-end systems implementation incl. data migrations, UAT, reporting readiness, and go-live delivery.
