About this role
Job purpose:
This position is responsible for accelerating growth in BlackRock’s Wealth advisory business by taking direct ownership of individual client sales activity. The focus is on generating opportunities, strengthening adviser relationships, and driving adoption of BlackRock’s products and technology using CRM tools. The initial focus market will be German independent advisors.
The role also plays a key part in improving sales effectiveness through clear KPIs and embedding technology into daily sales activity.

Key responsibilities:
Generate sales opportunities through phone-based prospecting and data-driven leads
Build adviser relationships to grow sales and increase adoption of BlackRock products and technology
Champion effective use of Portfolio 360, CRM, and digital tools
Maintain strong product and market knowledge
Ensure disciplined pipeline management and reporting
Skills & qualifications
Proficiency in English and German preferred
Experience in telephone sales or business development
Track record of exceeding sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Influencing and relationship-building skills with advisers
Comfortable using CRM systems and adopting portfolio analytics and digital sales tools
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities

Our hybrid work model
