About this role

The Portfolio Compliance Group (PCG) is a global team within Business Operations Services responsible for implementing controls and processes that help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and portfolio investment guidelines. The team partners closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Legal & Compliance, Technology, Client Business, and Operations functions. Within PCG, the Disclosures Reporting team is responsible for monitoring and reporting major shareholdings, short-selling activities, takeover-related disclosures, and other regulatory reporting obligations across global markets. The team also supports reporting obligations to fund boards and external clients.

Role Overview

The Analyst will support the monitoring, preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory disclosures and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and a risk-focused mindset. Success in the position will be demonstrated through accurate reporting, effective stakeholder management, timely issue resolution, and contributions to process enhancement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review shareholding and trading reports to identify positions that trigger regulatory disclosure obligations.
  • Prepare, validate, and submit required regulatory filings accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
  • Maintain complete and auditable records of filings, communications, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor holdings approaching disclosure thresholds and coordinate with investment teams to support capacity management and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with Legal & Compliance, Portfolio Management, Operations, and Technology teams to address reporting requirements and regulatory changes.
  • Support preparation of client, board, and regulatory reporting deliverables, including periodic certifications and disclosure reports.
  • Perform data analysis and ad hoc reporting to support internal stakeholders and external client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls, enhance data quality, automate processes, and increase operational scalability.
  • Investigate exceptions and escalate risks or control issues in accordance with established governance practices.
  • Develop expertise in global regulatory disclosure regimes and evolving market requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, compliance, operations, regulatory reporting, or a related function. Calibrated to the Analyst level outlined in the standard BOS framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory and portfolio-related information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive risk and control mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • It would be helpful if you also have:
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and asset management operations.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, or disclosure-related processes.
  • Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, data analysis tools, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with Aladdin or other investment management and compliance platforms.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple regions and jurisdictions.


The salary range for Hungary is 8170000 - 11200000 HUF

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
