Within CXP, theAladdin Channels &Experience team’s mission is to create best-in-class experiences for our clients by enabling seamless workflows across desktop, web, & mobile channels. The C&E team includes Product, Development, design UX and research. We are integrated in key strategic initiatives across the Aladdin Product landscape. Our experts are embedded into different teams, to accelerate, build and scale web, desktop, and mobile platforms to serve our clients across all channels.

Our vision is to Bring Aladdin to Mobile through native functionalities and integrated desktop solutions.We actively develop, maintain and support a family of live mobile apps, an underlying technology platform, mobile SDK, and design system.

The Role

The C&E Mobile team is lookingfor aProduct Manager, who:
Has experience in product-led software development, responsible for defining the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market and lead the product team to success
Is comfortable to be deeply involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, with a willingness to wear multiple hats, including project management, user experience design, testing, training, release planning, business-as-usual content management and product support.
Has experience in analyzing user feedback and market trends to fuel product improvements
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features
Monitors product performance and iterates to meet business goals
Demonstrates excellent understanding of key agile terminology and best practices
Maintains clear documentation for each stage of the agile product lifecycle and ensures well defined, and seamless handover between stages
Has excellent written, verbal and presentationcommunication skills
Has experience in communicating withmultiple stakeholders and partners
Can work alternative schedules to collaborate with colleagues across the globe or manage support

You have:
2+ years as a product manager in Financial Services technologies with strong understanding of the financial services industry
1+ years experience in leadingagileprocesses and is comfortableserving in therole of “ProductOwner” to a scrum team
Experience using PDLC/SDLC tools such as AHA! ADO, JIRA, systems, or equivalent integrations and product management tools
Experience working as a product manager in iOS mobiletechnologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions and gain consensus on plans from a non-technical audience
High degree of comfort to work and deliver results independently, self-starter
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills, including the ability to multitask
A track record of building positive relationships and trusted partnerships through open dialogue and continuous delivery
