About this role

Job Purpose/Background:

The mission of BlackRock HR is to help great people experience extraordinary careers and this role is critical in helping us achieve this. In this role you will be an important part of a dynamic team, driving innovative transformation and you will support the mobilisation of our exciting regional strategy to attract, recruit and develop Early Careers talent.

Key Responsibilities:                          

  • Coordination of targeted attraction events for our Apprenticeship and Graduate cohorts and event attendance where required
  • Coordination and logistics management of scalable recruitment processes, interview days and candidate communications
  • Offer management logistics
  • Coordination and logistics management of training initiatives across EMEA region, including orientation, learning interventions and connection activities for our Early Careers cohorts
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Reporting and insights creation across hiring, learning and diversity metrics
  • Assessing success of programmes and initiatives, enhancing our insight into learning outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver information sessions, briefings and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of development offerings
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors (assessment and training providers).  Contribute to the selection of new vendors where required
  • Keep abreast of best practices in the Early Careers space

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in HR coordination, contributing to large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Workday is preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, including collaboration with remote team members
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a passion for learning and people development
  • Presentation and facilitation skills are preferred
