About the Team
Data and insights are critical to driving decisions, supporting innovation, and maintaining compliance with regulations across our platform of financial products. To propel our product and commercial agenda in a more data-centric way, the Global Product Solutions (GPS) business has established a Chief Data Office that will oversee data strategy and management. This team will partner with various stakeholders to deliver the following:
- Data Strategy and Management: Standardize and scale the management of product-related data to generate essential insights, support strategic decision-making, and foster innovation.
- Technology Integration: Research and integrate emerging data technologies and methodologies to improve data capabilities and drive efficiency.
- Quantitative Insights: Generate management information and insights aligned with GPS priorities across product innovation, distribution, and commercialization.
About the Role:
The Data Analyst will be a core member of the team and play a central role in evaluating and analyzing data that supports the business. The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders to assess all available forms of data intelligence that drive our strategy, product, and distribution, with the goal of enhancing analytics and insights to support growth.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assess internal intelligence and evaluate third-party data sources to close data quality gaps
- Ensure data integrity and contribute to data governance initiatives
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing recurring processes
- Take ownership of operational tasks and reduce manual workload through scalable solutions
- Leverage internal data platforms to generate client insights and enhance transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate data supporting strategic KPIs
- Build data-driven business intelligence and competitor insights
- Partner with GPS teams and stakeholders across regions to align on data initiatives and share best practices
You Have:
- 2+ years of professional experience, including outside financial services
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong interest in solving analytical problems using quantitative methods
- Comfortable working with complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Willingness to become fluent in Python or similar programming languages
- Flexible analytical approach adaptable to varying levels of precision
- Ability to streamline, scale, and automate data processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork capabilities

Our hybrid work model
