About Client Experience

Our mission within the Client Experience (CX) organization is to make it easier for clients to do business with BlackRock, making service so simple it becomes a source of alpha. We are organized across 4 key pillars:

1. Client Experience Delivery, client-facing teams orchestrating all aspects of service delivery, and onboarding teams bringing new business onto our platform,

2.Wealth, differentiated capability for both Whole Portfolio and Wealth clients & products, respectively,

3.Client Experience Operations, core client operations teams driving reporting, billing, and onboarding due diligence across the globe, and

4.Client Experience Transformation, accelerating progress towards our CX mission via research and competitive insights, analytics, marketing, business and change management

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and execute administrative duties for the team, supporting the Admin Lead in day-to-day activities.

  • Perform precise and effective calendar management across global time zones, including complex coordination of meetings and video conferences.

  • Coordinate all business travel (domestic and international), including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, visas, and other travel documentation.

  • Process expenses and compliance documentation in line with company policy.

  • Plan small internal/external events (e.g., strategy sessions, conferences, social events), coordinating logistics such as rooms and meals.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for external visitors, preparing for visits in advance (e.g., coordinating with security, sending necessary forms).

  • Support onboarding of new hires and offboarding of leavers, including technology and proprietary materials.

  • Use Microsoft Office and collaboration tools proficiently to support recurring activities.

  • Store documents in suitable locations for the team or business (Shared Drive/SharePoint/OneDrive).

  • Stay up-to-date on trainings and make simple edits to materials as requested.

  • Maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information (e.g., credit cards, passport/visa details).

  • Independently follow up with others to ensure action items are fulfilled.

Experience:

  • Delivers tasks on time with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

  • Communicates clearly, responds professionally, and builds positive rapport with colleagues and management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; comfortable navigating internal systems and platforms.

  • Applies current administrative processes and policies and keeps up-to-date with changes and updates.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; resourceful in finding information and solutions.

  • Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Works well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude.

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
