Team Description

The Colombia and Central America Sales team serves a broad range of Institutional and Wealth clients, including Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Private Banks and Family Offices across Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama and other Central American markets. The team works closely with product specialists, portfolio consulting, capital markets, marketing, client services, legal & compliance and investment teams to deliver BlackRock’s full platform of solutions, including iShares ETFs, active strategies and alternatives.

Role Description

The Sales Analyst will support the Colombia and Central America Sales team by providing analytical, commercial and execution support across client coverage, business development initiatives and internal processes. This role is designed for a junior professional (1–3 years of experience) who will work closely with senior sales professionals. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client presentations, proposals and follow-up materials.
• Support client meetings, roadshows and commercial initiatives.
• Assist with portfolio analysis, reporting and sales pipelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate internally with product, marketing and compliance teams.
• Develop knowledge of BlackRock’s platform and regional markets.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or related roles.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in investments; CFA/CAIA progress is a plus.
